Dick Fields of the Journal staff spent Sunday in Iona Ci visiting his uncle Clay Harshbarger and family. Mr and Mrs Pratt drove to Des Moines last Wednesday to spend a day with the Lee Roy Pratts. Thursday they visited Mrs Pratt's mother Mrs Pauline Preuss in Audubon to celebrate a birthday. On return, Mrs Preuss accompanied them home for a visit. Workmen began repainting the trim of the Rookery building to brighten its appearance.
