Rock Valley Driver Charged In Teen’s Death
Clarence Breyflogle of Primghar was booked on a felony charge after his car struck and killed 11 year old Donald Oliver near here on Thursday. A coroner inquest was held Thursday night. Donald and two companions were crossing Highway 18 when the accident occurred.

Twenty WWII veterans enroll at Iowa for rehabilitation program
