Shooting on rural road leaves one dead two wounded
Authorities investigated a Saturday night shooting near Algona Iowa that left Harley A. Scott of Des Moines dead at 49 or 51 while Kenneth E. Ellwood 39 and Earl Eller of Algona were wounded. Bullets came from a single 32 caliber revolver after a tavern dispute among Scott Ellwood and the Eller brothers. Ellwood was in critical condition and Eller in serious condition.
