Judge R G Yoder Dies After Illness at 67
Retired Sixth District Judge R G Yoder of Sigourney died en route to Keokuk County Hospital from a massive pulmonary infarction. A 1926 Nebraska graduate, he began law practice in 1929, later serving as first assistant attorney general and then judge from 1947 to 1971. He was a active community member with family survivors including a daughter and grandson. Burial at Pleasant Grove Cemetery, service at United Methodist Church in Sigourney.
