Paul Larimer 39 Newton painter pleaded guilty here Thursday to obtaining money under false pretenses. He was sentenced to seven years in the state penitentiary after admitting to taking 600 dollars from the sale of household furniture awarded to his divorced wife in a decree from district court. His record shows prior time in the state reformatory and penitentiary on breaking and entering charges.
