CHICAGO Oct 23 UP The sentencing of Al Capone convicted of defrauding the government of 215000 in income tax was postponed until 1 AM tomorrow by Federal Judge James J Wilkerson after hours of defense motion arguments. Capone showed pallor and fidgeted as lawyers debated the indictment and verdict.
