He was 42, born in Scioto county Ohio, lived in the county since 1854, worked as a carpenter, married Celia Bruty six years ago and had two children Dorothy and Claren. The family moved recently to east Washington and funeral arrangements are partial.

After a four months' close the Washington cob pipe factory began operations again on Monday with ten hands. Messrs Langworthy and Means install electric lights and expect a large winter force. They hold an order from a Chicago jobber for six hundred eighty five gross of pipes. The plant grew from a baby concern and aims to be a year round establishment.
