Ben Hall Arrested After Midnight Domestic Disturbance

Des Moines police arrested Ben Hall a colored barber living above Amend's meat market on West Walnut. Hall assaulted his wife at the stair entrance, striking her in the face, during a midnight dispute after she returned with another woman. He was jailed for intoxication and given a 30 day sentence.
