Yesterday an election was held at the Armory to fill the captaincy vacated by J. D. Glasgow’s promotion to Major. Clyde Brown and Karl Law served as tellers as 35 votes were cast with Fulton receiving 17 and Harvey 18. Harvey, a three year member, will receive his commission from Governor Francis Marion Drake in about ten days.
