The Leader dry goods stock of Miller & Daugherty was sold at auction Tuesday afternoon under Receiver H. M. Reed. About fifty business men attended, with bids starting at 8000 and climbing to 8925 led by J. T. Coolidge & Co. The court had valued the stock at 14607 but not sold below 8000.
