Five men from Horse Feed & Grain Co in Washington were en route to a Cedar Rapids feed dealers meeting when a violent wind and hail storm forced them to pull into a driveway near North Liberty. Two men helped a injured man as a tree limb shattered a window, then a separate hit and run near the car led to police involvement revealing a California warrant. The group completed their journey to Cedar Rapids without further incident.
