Farm Prices Steady During Past Month in Iowa
Iowa farm price index stood at 266 per cent for the month ending Sept. 15, unchanged from the prior period. Livestock and livestock products rose two points, poultry and eggs up 18, dairy up four, while meat animals slipped one and crops fell five. Prices paid for feed declined ten points to 238 per cent.
