Wellman Man Carl Emde Injured in Highway Crash
Carl A. Emde, 59, of Wellman, suffered cuts and bruises to his head after his car slid into a ditch four and a half miles northwest of Washington on Highway 1. He was treated at the county hospital and released. The accident, caused by loose gravel, left about $500 in damage to the vehicle.
