Death claims Admiral Bullard at age sixty
Washington reports Admiral W H G Bullard chairman of the Federal Radio Commission died in his sleep in Washington aged 60. He had suffered high blood pressure and left the office two days earlier to rest and possibly undergo a tonsil operation. Funeral plans were not yet set and burial location was undecided. His death marks a second FRC loss in two months after Commissioner John F Dillon died in September.

Miner Dies in Slate Fall at Dallas Coal Mine
Granger Indiana November 24 One miner John Riley 28 was killed and 90 others endangered when slate fell at the bottom of a 350 foot shaft in the Dallas coal mine. A coroner detective blamed the accident on opening a door that caused a rush of air loosening the slate. Work was halted but miners were to return tomorrow morning. Also announced birth of twins Rollie Reval Wilson and Ronald Doval Wilson born Monday November 21 to Mr and Mrs Mane Wilson Carril Brown is former name of mother.
