Sheriff informed by telephone that Henry county is turning Ross Harris of Wapello to Washington county for hearing on forgery charges. Walter Rukgaber, a local hardware dealer, identified Harris as the man who cashed a $12 forged check on Oct. 12. Harris is said to be part of a five man Wapello ring. four were arrested at Mt.
