Mr and Mrs W Morris entertain the Rathbone Sisters and husbands at their Green Street home. About fifty guests enjoyed a social evening featuring progressive crokinole. Harry Schrader won first prize and Mrs Burroughs received booby honors. An elegant lap supper followed.

The academy social last night offered crokinole games and quartette music by Aurora and Magnet society members. Students enjoyed lemonade as part of a pleasant event designed for better acquaintance and social success.
