Manslaughter Charge On Grandview Youth
Jackie Ray Schrader 23 of Grandview is charged with manslaughter after an automobile crash four miles north of Wapello on highway 61 killed Clarence Adey 41 of Burlington and Oral Courtney 20 of Grandview.
