OTTUMWA The John Morrell & Co planters workers will vote November 30 on a strike if their demand for a 25 cent per hour wage increase is not met. Burglars broke into the Miller garage office in West Chester last night and stole a cash register containing eight or ten dollars and several Baby Ruth bars.
