City paving plan eyed for 40 blocks in Washington

Mrs Lloyd Marek was named newly appointed crew leader for Washington county to oversee the 1964 census of agriculture. The plan covers three stages starting with enumerator recruitment and training, then mailing census questionnaires to rural boxholders after November 12, and finally on-site visits beginning November 16 to collect data.
