The Prairie Painters Club met with Mrs. L. P. Statler for an all day meeting Monday with a sack lunch at noon. Mrs. Statler reviewed china painting basics and members painted the rest of the day. Next meeting June 23 at Kalona Recreation Center with Mrs. Ben Miller hosting and Mrs. Irene Lopez of Hedrick as guest artist.
McQuay Perfex Inc. directors announce a regular quarterly dividend of 19 cents per share, payable June 25 to holders of record June 11. The firm has 1,585,230 shares outstanding and marks its 76th consecutive quarterly dividend on common shares.

BPW Club dinner at Captain's Table at 6:30 p.m. Tops Club weigh in at 7 p.m. IOOF events at 8 p.m. Senior Citizens festival at 10 a.m. and other gatherings including Navajo Club dessert at 1:30 p.m. and OES Pinochle noon.
Admitted Saturday Mrs. Raymond Bower of Washington for medical care. Sunday admissions include Mrs. Keith Idle and daughter of Winfield and Mrs. Gene Zeck and son of Washington.
