Local Red Cross drives rally for canned goods
Cash donations are sought to fund a centralized canned goods drive for overseas shipment. Ella Gordon is treasurer with HQ at the Atchison shoe store north of the square, near the former Red Cross offices. Depot for canned goods is in the Albert Orcutt building, a block north of the square, across from Bee Line bus station. Donations may also be left at the United Presbyterian church until further notice.
