Washington groups including the Washington Concert band the high school band the Washington Municipal band and the American Legion drum and bugle corps will participate in the Memorial Day parade a week from today. A 9 15 to 9 45 a m patriotic concert by the high school band will precede the parade in Central Park with ceremonies at the cemeteries.
