Last night the city council discussed water mains and protection with petitions for new lines. Billiard licenses were approved for John Ross and partners, bids for a large brick sewer were opened, and Leroy Davis won the contract at $1.77 per foot with materials included.

Dr. McLoughlin plans to quit the Bachelors' Club and marry, while a second wedding is rumored among Crawfordsville's leading business people. F. T.
