Keota May 16 Mrs Fila Stewart widow of the late Dell Stewart died this morning at eight o clock at her home after a long illness. Her husband was a brother of Frank and Steve Stewart of Washington and has been dead for years. She is survived by two sisters Mrs Jane Taylor of Nebraska and Mrs Lettie Hahn of Fort Scott Kansas. Mrs Hahn arrived last night and was with her sister at the time of death. No plans for the funeral made this afternoon.

Washington May 13 The senate debated a tariff bill with Republicans proposing the Senate yield on the farm relief debenture plan and repealing flexible provisions.
