Five Men Sentenced in Boone Prohibition Case
Federal Judge Charles A Dewey sentenced five Boone men for liquor law violations tied to a distilling and distributing plant found by prohibition agents last year. Perry A Keister got 18 months for conspiracy and eight more counts plus a $500 fine. John Miller received similar terms with 14 months for conspiracy and manufacture.
