Special trains were made up to bring about 2 000 farmers from the cotton corn and wheat states to Washington to voice support for the AAA and oppose changes in farm policy. The movement began three months ago and is voluntary with farmers paying their own way.
A committee from the Chamber of Commerce led by Geo L. McDaniel Frank Miller and Harry C. Ward plans to refund all subscription money from the Gazeman home modernization project.
