Indiana designer Ken Scott shines in Milan fashion scene

Fort Wayne native Ken Scott, now based in Milan, reflects on European boldness in fashion. His His and Her spring line shown in Florence wowed buyers with identical bright prints for men and women. Scott, in Europe 20 years, credits Italian artisans for color and print variety. In Milan, prints use 14 to 18 colors, making production feasible. Also, the 1965 Aeromedical airlift moved nearly 73,000 patients as the United States Air Force’s MAC shuttled them aboard.
