UPI reports that Communist forces in South Vietnam are rapidly increasing, signaling no peace negotiations. U.S. has 255,000 troops there after adding 40,000 in two months as monsoon rains threaten a big offensive. The North Vietnamese regulars total about 90,000 with 160,000 in guerrilla units, while South Vietnam fields around 700,000 including regional and irregular forces.

Harriman Says No Exchange Of Prisoners In Viet Nam

UC Berkeley scientists isolated the human growth hormone HGH after years of study, breaking it into 188 chemical units.
