Riverside Farmer Injured When Tractor Disc Runs Over
Albert Dawn aged about 74 was seriously hurt Wednesday afternoon when he fell from his tractor and was run over by a disc. He is in Iowa City hospital with multiple injuries including four broken ribs and a dislocated shoulder. The accident happened in a field on his Riverside area farm. Dawn often helped his son Robert who now operates the farm and he also worked part time at a local funeral home.

Confessed Slayer Held in South Dakota
James Scott Stephens confessed Wednesday night to killing two young girls age 11 and 12 who were gathering wildflowers in a woods near Holland Michigan.
