Rosa Lewis hosted yesterday afternoon for nine members of the Friendly Social club. Vice president Lena Himmelreich led a brief business meeting, then guests enjoyed refreshments with assist from Himmelreich and Maggie Kephart. Next gathering to be hosted by Mrs. Alice Easter.
At the May meeting of the D A R Chapter in Mrs. R S Warfel’s absence, vice regent Jessie Stewart presided as officers were re-elected: regent Mrs Paul Snakenberg, vice regent Miss Jessie Stewart, corresponding secretary Mrs Cyrus Birka, historian Mrs Hugh Hall, treasurer Sara Pollock, registrar Jeanette Kyle.
