Robert Bednasek a 24 year old University of Iowa psychology senior testified about the death of Margaret Gee Gee Jackson saying he lightly hugged her neck in a playful jiu jitsu manner and she slumped against a chair. He denied intent to kill and claimed the throat injuries came from impact at the fatal rendezvous. The courtroom was crowded as he described their romance and his subconscious memories from the case.
