Waterloo man barely survives wall collapse at icehouse
M. B. Nett, 60, a Waterloo real estate dealer, was buried under the east icehouse wall of the Sinois Central railroad while razing it with two assistants Ernest Kreb and Fred Bock. The wall 25 by 55 feet toppled. Kreb and Bock escaped as timbers saved Nett from crushing.
