Mrs. Abbie Keltner of 17 North Avenue C died this morning after years of ill health. Funeral services are set for Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. at Jones funeral home with Rev. W. J. Stevens officiating. Burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery. Born August 1 1880 in Newton Iowa she was the daughter of Israel and [illegible] Hall. She married Emlen Kendig who died in 191? On June 5 1919 she wed David C. Keltner, and the couple lived in Washington for 30 years. Survivors include her husband two sisters Mrs Tom Rhodes Cresco and Mrs Myrtle Bell Reasner and a brother Charles Hall Newton.
