Residents of Fraser plan an election March 27 to decide if the town’s incorporation should be dissolved. War housing plan adds 200 Iowa units this year
The national housing agency may add 175 units at Cedar Rapids and 25 at Clinton Iowa before June 30. Cedar Rapids would provide 100 stopgap units mostly trailers and 75 conversions while Clinton would convert 25.
