Sheriff H M Putnam said a 1933 Chevrolet sought since July 51 has been found in Flagstaff Arizona. The car belonged to Bill Crandall of Washington and was bought last July by a man named Richard E Miller whose $250 check bounced. Miller’s later bogus checks were reported in Iowa towns. An attorney contacted authorities about the title and Miller had sold the car in Arizona but evaded lawmen again.

H. M. Heller, 92, longtime Idaho official and former Louisa county clerk, died Feb. 13 at Magic Valley Nursing Home in Burley. Born in Keokuk County, he moved to Louisa in 1882, served as district court clerk from 1889, later became Idaho’s oldest justice of the peace and U S commissioner before resigning in 1941.
