Chris H. Roth 86 died at his Wayland area home after a stroke suffered Friday. Funeral services are set Tuesday at 2 pm at Sugar Creek church with Rev. Leichty Rev. Roth and Rev. Gerig officiating. He was born September 27, 1864 in Alsace France and lived in Wayland since age 21. Surviving are two sons Jesse and Seth two daughters Lena Notzinger and Mary Krabill a brother Peter a half sister 19 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. The body lies at Stacey funeral home awaiting services.
