Three young Riverside men pleaded guilty to larceny from buildings in a string of thefts at Iowa and Highland township schools. Raymond Hayes Fred Leas received up to five years in Anamosa. Oskaloosa Chief Pleads Not Guilty in Murder Case

Mrs Churchill Dies by Her Own Hand in Dublin Community
Mrs Mark Churchill aged 71 of the Dublin community died last evening by hanging in the barn at her home after a period of failing health since her husband Marks death two years ago. Coroner Dr W S Kyle declined an inquest and the body was taken to Shermans funeral home for services. Her maiden name was Salena Amelia Shorto born March 4 1882 in Sandusky and she came to Dublin thirty seven years ago. She married Mark Churebill then prominent Dutch Creek farmer and left no children but cared for a niece who lived with them. Mrs Marie Churchill Hyde and her husband Hubert Hyde live at the Churehill farm.
