Bandit Robs Iowa Bank For About 700 Dollars
A lone bandit robbed Farmers Savings bank in Rock Falls Iowa of about 700 dollars this morning. Cashier John Wilkine and bookkeeper Erna Kramer were present when the robber entered and demanded the money in the drawer. He fled in a car headed east. the bank’s safe remained untouched. Rock Falls, population 109, lies nine miles northeast of Mason City.
