The seventy fourth annual conclave of the grand commandery of Iowa will be held at Templar park from June 22 to 25 with about 600 attendees. A Sunday religious service led by grand prelate Robert Butcher Ida Grove is planned for June 20, while June 21 features a school of instruction. The official sessions start Tuesday morning with commandery parades and continue through Wednesday and Thursday evenings.

Two Injured in Wayland Crash
Leonard Leichty and Glen Wenger sustained injuries in a Thursday evening automobile accident near the Center church bridge.
