DES MOINES AP IA A private plane feared missing on a Waterloo to Des Moines flight Friday night was found safely parked at Dodge Field. Authorities said a woman claiming to be a relative of the pilot called Waterloo airport. no flight record showed departure or arrival. The craft was due to leave Waterloo about 8 40 p m and arrive at Des Moines at 9 30 p m but no flight plan was filed and there was no radio contact with Waterloo control prior to takeoff.
