A carload of soybeans for seed will be distributed tomorrow by the Washington County emergency relief committee. Eligible applicants must wait for approval by telephone before obtaining an order at the county welfare office. Seed is limited to five bushels per family with a maximum of fifteen, aimed at families without means to purchase seed.
