Hultman Rules No Branch Offices By Savings & Loan
Des Moines Iowa State Atty Gen Evan Hultman ruled today that building and loan associations have no authority to establish branch offices. Card Arrives After 19 Years Late in Washington
A postal card written February 19 1943 by Major Evan E. Murdock from Fort Leavenworth Kansas arrived yesterday at the home of Mr and Mrs Melo Vacha 825 South Avenue B Washington. The card found behind a mailbox May 31 1962 was delivered more than 19 years late. Major Murdock now a colonel and nephew of Mrs Vacha is in the military service and living in Los Angeles California.
