Mount Pleasant Iowa United Press International reports District Judge William S Cahill ruled Henry County jury selection illegal under state law. He said the county used only the registered voter list to pick jurors and did not provide or seek other comprehensive residency lists. The 1976 Iowa law allows any eligible elector to serve as a juror.
