8000 Food Boxes Do Their Way to Germany
In Sidney Ohio 8000 food boxes are packed for transport to Germany. Each box weighs 52 pounds and the cargo totals 50000 dollars. About a tenth goes to Berlin with the rest destined for Munich Stuttgart Wiesbaden and Nuernberg under the Neighbors in Action project founded by Lewis Warhington, a former German food consultant. Community contributions supported the effort.
