Haugen Funeral Set for Friday
Gilbert No Haugen a 74 year old former congressman who served 34 years will be buried Friday in Northwood. He died last night at his daughter Mrs J C Johnson's home from a heart attack following a severe influenza attack. His son L G Haugen vice president of National City Bank of New York, was at the bedside. Surviving are his daughter and son. He authored the McNary Haugen bill to reduce surplus farm crops through foreign exports.
