Frank Knapp a 25 year old stone cutter from Clut hwaie bound over to the September term of the grand jury on a charge of breaking and entering. He is alleged to have stolen meat from the Owl Little residence on the Heights around May 4. He was brought from Burlington by Deputy Sheriff Will Black for trial. S. W. Livingston is his attorney with County Attorney Hatley for the state.

It alleges the deed to Marion Smith was misplaced and asks for reformation of deeds and instruments of record. The case, before Judge A Jewry, requires appearance by the next term beginning December 2 in Washington County.
