Enoch M. Johnson 63 of 533 South Town died Friday morning in Grant hospital Chicago after a illness of several months. He was a former Chicago Daily News criminal court reporter and had lived in Chicago all his life before retirement to Washington. He is survived by his wife Bertha Thompson and sister Mrs Amelia Erickson of Chicago. Funeral arrangements are by Sherman's funeral home with services planned for Monday and a full obituary to appear in Saturday's Journal.

Fourteen Recover After Wednesday Train Crash
Fourteen of 72 persons injured in a collision between a 10 car Soo Line special carrying 167 hardware dealers and their wives to Seattle and a freight train were reported recovering in a Minneapolis hospital. Fifty nine others were released after treatment for minor injuries. Four cars on the freight and one buffer car on the special were destroyed. both engines were disabled. The rider car helped prevent possible fatalities.

B 50 Crash Near Ohio Community Kills 16
Air Force officials confirmed 16 killed in a B 50 Superfortress crash near Mason Ohio yesterday. The aircraft listed 16 crew aboard from Biggs Field El Paso Texas.
