Gangsters Arrested by FBI in Dayton Robbery Case
FBI agents and Dayton police arrested three men including George Bugs Moran and Virgil Summers in connection with a June 28 $10,000 armed holdup of a General Motors Frigidaire payroll in Moraine City. Al Fouts of Dayton was taken at his home. Moran and Summers were captured in Henderson Kentucky. Kurpe Jr., the cafe manager, was bound with tape and left shoeless.

Flying ace to headline Wellman air show near Davenport

Funeral Services Held for William R Snellenbarger
Funeral services were held at St. Boniface Catholic church Lafayette for William Roy Snellenbarger 36 who died Tuesday at his home 11 miles south of Lafayette. Burial followed at Springvale cemetery. He married Ellen Florang May 4 1942. Surviving are his wife two daughters Mary Patricia 8 and Frieda Ellen 22 months three sisters and two brothers. His son Frederic Leroy died in infancy.
