Temperatures will plunge to 15 to 20 below zero in the north and around zero in the south tonight, then rise to 5 to 10 above in the northeast and 20s in the southwest by Tuesday. Wednesday looks milder but cooler than normal. the five day outlook shows temperatures 4 to 6 degrees above normal with little day to day change. Normal highs range from 25 to 35.
