Honor Band Concert in Washington Announces Auditions and Prices
The Southeast Iowa Honor Band concert is set for Saturday January 25 at 7 30 p m in the Washington Junior High Gymnasium with admission of fifty cents for students and one dollar for adults. Auditions were held January 11 and selected students rehearse all day prior to the performance. Don Jackson of Augustana College conducts the Junior High Honor Band and Tom Haugens of Cresco conducts the High School Honor Band. This marks the sixth year of the event in Washington.

General fund budget trimmed tax rate for district
